What it is
A Main Street building in a town that has been quietly getting better.
Main Street Perry
Perry runs a farmers market on Saturday mornings, the Main Street Association bills the town as curiously hip, and the Perry entrance to Letchworth is minutes away. Dell Collective already has four stays around the edges of the park. This one is in the middle of the town.
It came with the original doors, the original hardware and a great deal of work. Amanda has spent the last few years turning a barn, a cabin and a lake cottage into places people rebook, and the same instincts are going into this.

No date. The roof is going on and the tile is being chosen, and anything past that would be a guess dressed up as a plan.
Can I book it?
Not yet. The four properties that are open are all minutes from Letchworth and all bookable today.
Where exactly is it?
Main Street in Perry, New York. The number goes up when the building is ready for visitors.
