Micro Weddings
The RW How Property is the perfect backdrop for your elopement or micro wedding. Dell Collective offers the option to host your perfect day on property with ample space for getting ready, room for your closest friends and family to spend this most special day with you, as well as the comforts and exclusivity of the entire property!
Micro event requirements include a full property buyout for a 2 night minimum (Highbanks, Southview, and the Farm Haus). Additional rentals and restrooms may be required depending on the event size and event details. Micro weddings can be booked from May–November at the RW How Property. Maximum guest list of 25 guests.
Small Events
Host your baby or bridal shower, graduation party, bachelorette weekend, or family reunion on the RW How property!
With vast yard areas, friendly farm animals on property, and incredible Letchworth State Park views, it’s bound to be the best event you’ve hosted yet.
Small events do require a full property buyout and can be booked from May–November at the RW How Property. Maximum guest list of 25 guests.

Services start at day-of coordination only, up to full planning to assist along the way from the beginning up until the big day.

Hospitality design consulting: Hosting is our passion, and we love to work with others who share that passion.
We offer Airbnb or hospitality refresh services for your space, full space design services, or an in person property consult.
Depending on your goals for the space, we can work with you to help bring it to fruition and get that space rented ASAP!
