sahl • Spanish for salt • English for Dell Collective’s new couples getaway and spa-inspired space, coming to Main Street in 2027.

One suite. Two people. Right in the middle of town.

Salt has been used for preservation, trade, ritual, bathing and healing for thousands of years. It comes from rock, from sea, from minerals formed over time. Grounded, a little old-world, a little indulgent. That felt right for this place.

Upstairs we’re building the kind of room that makes your shoulders drop when you walk in. Warm light, curved walls, arched doorways, beautiful textures, a real salt room, and a bed you may have no intention of leaving.
