All bedrooms include upscale luxury bedding, mattresses, and pillows.

Large living room area with leather sofa and salvaged vintage chairs, smart TV with complimentary streaming apps (Netflix and Hulu), cookbook collection, and board games available.
Kitchen + Dining
Fully stocked chef’s kitchen available for your use with black stainless steel appliances. Bring your own food to cook and ground coffee for the traditional drip coffee maker. Bar stool dining for up to 8 guests with plenty of china and glassware to go around!
Outdoor Space
A vast yard area, great for enjoying the outdoors, yard games, or the farm animals that live on the property. There is a designated fire pit area for Southview guests on the west lawn on the side of the silo that includes lawn chairs. Two cars can park side by side to the left (North) of the silo near the galvanized planter. The property is large and spacious, providing privacy and adequate space for all of our guests.
Pastures + Farm Animals
The view of the East lawn also leads to the pasture where, in the summer and fall, you will find some of our farm animal friends grazing their days away. You may greet them at the green gate with a slice of bread (one per day, please!) and they will soon become your best pals. The ladies at the Chick-INN will provide you with fresh eggs daily during the summer and fall seasons. For your safety, pastures and animal pens are off limits to our guests. Please contact Amanda if you wish to arrange a private, up close animal experience.
“I can’t say enough about our stay! The place was incredible, the attention to detail was like nothing I have ever seen. My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. A king size bed with a legitimately comfortable mattress, the bathrooms were incredible, the kitchen was fully stocked, super clean, and the garage doors made it feel like a real indoor/outdoor space. “This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever been to. It feels like you are at a 5 star resort, except it is a serene and intimate farm setting. Our kids loved all the animals and Amanda was very gracious in showing them around. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the fire pits every evening. We would absolutely return if our schedule ever brings us back to upstate NY.

What are your rates?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is 3pm, check out is 10am. All check ins and check outs will be self check in or self check out unless otherwise requested. Check your email at 11am on arrival day for detailed check in instructions!
Where is the RW How West Barn in relation to the RW How Haus?
The West Barn is situated on the back, West side of the property and has a dedicated driveway separate from the RW How Haus.
Are the spaces on the RW How property private?
While the 3 spaces are situated on the same property, the parking and private entrances to each space are oriented for maximum privacy. Each space has its own unique amenities and an exclusive fire pit area. The only shared spaces include the yard area and the back animal barn.
Are there animals on the property?
Yes! Guests can observe our animals from afar, greet them at the pasture gate for pets and snacks, or partake in a private animal experience with Amanda or Nate. Dairy farm tours are available as an optional enhancement!
Can we host our wedding at your property?
Events with a guest list of 25 or less are permitted. Hosting a small event or micro wedding requires a full property buyout (RW How Haus and both West Barn spaces). Additional rentals may be required depending on date and guest count.
