HIGHBANKS AT THE WEST BARN
Highbanks is located on the North end of the West Barn with garage doors facing east for impeccable sunrises overlooking the pastures and Highbanks of Letchworth State Park. Vintage and salvaged relics adorn this space, along with charming green accents throughout. Come experience the ultimate family friendly boutique stay in New York!
SOUTHVIEW AT THE WEST BARN
Have you ever slept in a silo? Here is your chance! The Southview space is located on the South end of the West Barn with an incredible sunrise suite in the attached silo, making for a one-of-a-kind morning sunrise experience. This space includes hammocks, garage doors to enjoy an open air living area, and the bathrooms of your dreams. All this, plus the friendly animals that live on property make a one of a kind farm stay experience in New York!
19A Cabin
Idyllic Cabin retreat near Letchworth State Park with private access to the Genesee Greenway trail! Lovingly restored to offer a unique blend of rustic cabin charm and modern luxury comforts. Inside, the cabin exudes warmth and coziness with its cabin-in-the-woods aesthetic, featuring salvaged beams that evoke a sense of history and craftsmanship. The open-concept living space invites you to gather around the fireplace, or soak in the bird-songs on the screened porch. Look no further for your new #1 nature escape in New York – luxury cabin with a hot tub!
SILVER LAKE HAUS
This stay is lake-front on Silver Lake, with views for rejuvenating relaxation. Located on Club Road, the property borders the Silver Lake Country Club & Golf Course. The home is an original Silver Lake Cottage that we are working hard to bring back to life for your enjoyment! The dock on property is great for fishing in the “honey pot,” or soaking in the summer sunshine.
RW HOW HAUS
The RW How Haus is an 1800s farmhouse full of original charm and modern updates and amenities. If you are looking for the ultimate farm stay, this is your place! Enjoy the comforts of the chic farmhouse, fresh eggs from the Chick-INN, and the adorable farm animals that live on property. The farmhouse is perfect for a family getaway or a quiet countryside retreat.
Main Street, Perry
Stay tuned for something new and exciting coming to Main Street, Perry! We have purchased a historic building in the heart of Perry where we plan to create the ultimate couples escape just moments from our favorite “curiously – hip” little downtown. Open for booking in 2026 – you won’t want to miss this one!

We have accommodations to suit every traveler! The Highbanks space is wonderful for a romantic getaway near Letchworth, to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, while the Southview space is great for families or that instagrammable friends’ getaway.
The Silver Lake Haus offers prime lakefront views and water access moments from the Silver Lake Country Club.
I just spent my 2nd stay at Amanda and Nate’s West Barn, 3rd stay collectively between all their properties. This is truly my favorite place to get away and relax. With every sense you have, she is able to put you in full relax mode with the scents filling the air, the soft music playing as you enter, the little touches she leaves to make your stay special, the vintage feel furniture, the sun, the air, the view!!!
We will definitely be back and can’t wait to visit the other properties as well! Thank you Amanda and Nate for creating a little piece of heaven here for us all to enjoy!

Amanda and Nate put so much thought on comfort, design, and absolute bliss when creating these amazing stays. Having the pleasure of staying at The Lake House and West Barn, I can say with certainty, this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Every detail was thought of from the most comfortable beds, incredibly stocked kitchens and baths, to stunning views and much to do around the areas! The personal touches and extent that Amanda goes through to ensure her guests enjoy their stay is beyond measure.
