A restored four-bedroom lake cottage for the family trip that needs room to spread out and a place to keep coming back together. The screened porch faces the sunrise, the dock is out front and dinner can happen on the porch.

A real gathering space
Meals in the dining room, coffee on the screened porch and enough separate corners that twelve people do not have to do the same thing.
Water at the door
Swim and fish from the dock. Rent a pontoon or paddle boards from Silver Lake Marina when the group wants more lake. Visit Silverlaken to rent kayaks or other small watercraft!
Two kinds of vacation
The lake can fill the whole weekend, especially with a golf course out the back door. Letchworth is about ten minutes away when half the group wants a trail day.
One day at the lake
The schedule can stay loose.
Morning
Coffee on the screened porch while the sun comes up over the water. The early risers get the whole lake to themselves.
Afternoon
Fish from the dock, swim, rent a boat or play a round of golf next door at The Silver Lake Country Club.
Evening
Cook together, use the grill, then move the conversation to the fire pit. Nobody has to volunteer to drive.

The original windows and woodwork give the place its rhythm. A screened porch, several tables and bedrooms on both floors keep a big group from bunching up.

Two King rooms for privacy; the other rooms mix Queens and Twins for parents and kids.
The screened-in porch is a magical space. We spent hours chatting, playing games, reading and enjoying the view. Off the dock was a prime fishing spot.

Two King rooms work for the adults who want quiet. The other two bedrooms each pair one Queen with two Twins, a useful setup for families sharing the house.

Fully stocked cottage kitchen available for your use with stainless steel appliances. Bring your own food to cook, bring your own coffee for the drip coffee maker. Eat-in kitchen table, indoor dining room, and outdoor dining table.

Large living room area with 2 couches , leather armchairs, and window bench, decorative fireplace, Smart TV with complimentary streaming app Netflix, board games available.
Doors open to the screened porch to extend your living space and enjoy the lake breeze.
Outdoor Space
The large back yard is perfect for grilling, yard games, and spreading out. You are just a stone’s throw from the golf course at The Club at Silver Lake, make sure to get a selfie with the giant Silver Lake Sea Serpent on the edge of the golf course! The front yard has the perfect lake view to catch the east side sunrise. Lake access, a dock, and fire pit are also available. Boats can be put into the lake at Silver Lake State Park. Boats can be docked via rented slip at the marina or country club – inquire with them for pricing.

What are your rates?
Rates will vary by space, guest count, season, and day of the week. Seasonal rates start at $425/night. Please visit each Hostfully page for date specific pricing. Cleaning fees apply.
We do typically require a 5 night minimum for dates end of June- Labor day. We can make some exceptions if calendar gaps allow. May, June, September and October drop to a 2-3 night minimum.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, same as every Dell Collective property. Check in and check out are self-serve unless you ask otherwise, and detailed instructions land in your email at 11am on arrival day.
If we can offer early check in or late check out, we will let you know. It is important to us to provide a perfect top to bottom turnover after each stay so alternate IN and OUT times may not be available if we have same day departures or arrivals.
Are there animals on the property?
There are no animals on property at the Silver Lake Haus. You are welcome to inquire about a private animal experience at the farm though!
Because we are located in the country on the lake, you will see the occasional spider, bug, duck, or goose on property.
Can we swim in the lake?
Yes, the lake is swimmable. You can swim at the dock on property or from the Perry public beach or Silver Lake State Park.
The public beach also has a kayak launch
Do you have kayaks or a boat we can use?
We do not provide kayaks or a boat.
Silver Lake Marina offers pontoon boat or paddle board rentals for pickup at the marina.
Silverlaken may have kayak or small watercraft rentals available.

What is the Silver Lake Sea Serpent?
A fun local legend that has essentially become the mascot of our curiously hip little town. The iconic statue can be found behind the Silver Lake Haus, between our property and the Silver Lake Country Club, perfect for those Instagrammable moments!
How close are you to Letchworth State Park?
The Silver Lake Haus is about a 10 minute drive to Letchworth State Park.
Can we host our wedding at your property?
We do not permit events at this property. If you wish to have an event locally and use this property for getting ready or photos, the Silver Lake Haus is a great home base. We recommend Silver Lake Country Club, Breezeway Barns, Normandie Orchards, East Hill Creamery, or Letchworth State Park.
