One Queen bedroom sits upstairs inside the attached silo. Decide who gets it before arrival or draw names in the kitchen.
Three hammocks
Two upstairs in the silo and one downstairs. Enough for coffee, a mid-afternoon nap or a little distance from the group.
Brunch, handled
Pre-order a brunch box for local pastries and snacks delivered in the morning. Order it before the stay.

One glass garage door opens on each wall, wrapping the living room in pasture views.

Take the entire West Barn.
Highbanks and Southview book together as one building. Five bedrooms, four full baths, two kitchens and two fire pits. The fourteen-person maximum counts the sleeper sofas.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms include upscale luxury bedding, mattresses, and pillows.

Living Room
Large living room with two glass garage doors meeting at the corner, leather sofa, salvaged vintage chairs, smart TV, cookbook collection, board games and three indoor hammocks.
Kitchen + Dining
Fully stocked black kitchen with black stainless steel appliances, a traditional drip coffee maker and bar-stool dining for up to 8 guests. Bring your own food and ground coffee.
Outdoor Space
The RW How property has a large yard for outdoor time, yard games and viewing the farm animals. Southview has a designated fire pit on the west lawn beside the silo. Two cars can park side by side to the north of the silo near the galvanized planter.
Pastures + Farm Animals
The view of the East lawn also leads to the pasture where, in the summer and fall, you will find some of our farm animal friends grazing their days away. You may greet them at the green gate with a slice of bread (one per day, please!) and they will soon become your best pals. The ladies at the Chick-INN will provide you with fresh eggs daily during the summer and fall seasons. For your safety, pastures and animal pens are off limits to our guests. Please contact Amanda if you wish to arrange a private, up close animal experience.

What are your rates?
Rates will vary by space, guest count, season, and day of the week. Seasonal rates start at $345/night. Please visit each Hostfully page for date specific pricing. Cleaning fees apply.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is 3pm, check out is 10am. All check ins and check outs will be self check in or self check out unless otherwise requested. Check your email at 11am on arrival day for detailed check in instructions!
Where is the RW How West Barn in relation to the RW How Haus?
The West Barn is situated on the back, West side of the property and has a dedicated driveway separate from the RW How Haus.
Are the spaces on the RW How property private?
While the 3 spaces are situated on the same property, the parking and private entrances to each space are oriented for maximum privacy. Each space has its own unique amenities and an exclusive fire pit area. The only shared spaces include the yard area and the back animal barn.
Are there animals on the property?
Yes! Guests can observe our animals from afar, greet them at the pasture gate for pets and snacks, or partake in a private animal experience with Amanda or Nate. Dairy farm tours are available as an optional enhancement!
Can we host our wedding at your property?
Events with a guest list of 25 or less are permitted. Hosting a small event or micro wedding requires a full property buyout (RW How Haus and both West Barn spaces). Additional rentals may be required depending on date and guest count.
