The silo
One Queen bedroom sits upstairs inside the attached silo. Decide who gets it before arrival or draw names in the kitchen.
Three hammocks
Two upstairs in the silo and one downstairs. Enough for coffee, a mid-afternoon nap or a little distance from the group.

Pre-order a charcuterie or garden crudite to have in the fridge upon arrival, everyone will settle in quicker. Order it before the stay.

Small-town afternoon
Start the morning in the barn with an on property animal experience, then browse Act 4 Books with the crew, grab lunch at Taqueria Rio Grande, then head up the street for a quick walk along the Silver Lake Trail. Take in the murals around Main Street while exploring!
Outside all day
Hike Letchworth, rent our e-bikes, book a rafting trip with Adventure Calls Outfitters, or keep it easy with pickleball in town or yard games on property.

Six in beds. Up to ten with the extra sleep surfaces.
The three bedrooms hold six across one King and two Queens. Extra sleep surfaces can bring the maximum up to ten. Add Highbanks when the group needs the whole barn.

“We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Southview and it couldn’t have been better! The barn itself was incredible- We loved Amanda’s unique design of the bedrooms, the monster “country” kitchen, living space w/ floor to ceiling windows overlooking the farmland and spacious unique bathrooms – all worked together perfectly to give a – “ahhhh, we’re home feel”. We spent the 1st day at Letchworth park and 2nd full day at Watkins Glen. We cooked our dinners at the “Barn” using fresh veggies from the local farm stands. We already booked our return for the fall and can’t wait!.”

When the group grows
Take the entire West Barn.
Highbanks and Southview book together as one building. Five bedrooms, four full baths, two kitchens and two fire pits. The fourteen-person maximum counts the sleeper sofas.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms include upscale luxury bedding, mattresses, and pillows.
- King suite with an attached bathroom.

- Queen bedroom in the upper level of the silo with sunrise views.
- Additional corduroy bean bag bed, full size sleeper sofa, inflatable bed – a useful option for children. Make arrangements ahead for these.
Living Rooms
Large living room with two glass garage doors meeting at the corner, leather sofa, salvaged vintage chairs, smart TV, cookbook collection, board games.
Lower silo level serves as the main entrance to the space and a bonus living room.
Kitchen + Dining
Fully stocked chefs kitchen with black stainless steel appliances, a traditional drip coffee maker and bar-stool dining for up to 8 guests. Bring your own food, we provide your ground coffee.
Outdoor Space
The property has a large yard for outdoor time, use of our yard games, kites and viewing the farm animals. Southview has a designated fire pit on the west lawn beside the silo. Two cars can park side by side to the north of the silo near the galvanized planter & traffic cones.
Pastures + Farm Animals
The view of the East lawn also leads to the pasture where, most of the year, you will find some of our farm animal friends grazing their days away. You may greet them at the green gate with a slice of bread (one per day, each, please!) and they will soon become your best pals. The ladies at the Chick-INN will provide you with fresh eggs seasonally up until Fall. For your safety, inside pastures and inside animal pens are off limits to our guests but you may visit them inside the barn and outside of their enclosures. Please contact Amanda if you wish to arrange a private, up close animal experience.

What are your rates?
Rates will vary by space, season, and day of the week. Seasonal rates start at $345/night. Please visit each booking page for date specific pricing. Cleaning and pet fees will apply. Pets stay for $1 through December 31 with code ONEDOLLARPET.
What are your policies?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, same as every Dell Collective property. Check in and check out are self-serve unless you ask otherwise, and detailed instructions land in your email at 11am on arrival day.
If we can offer early check in or late check out, we will let you know. It is important to us to provide a perfect top to bottom turnover after each stay so alternate IN and OUT times may not be available if we have same day departures or arrivals.
Where is the West Barn in relation to the RW How Haus?
The West Barn is situated on the back, West side of the property and has a dedicated driveway, parking and fire pit separate from the RW How Haus.
Are the spaces on the RW How property private?
While the spaces are situated on the same property, the parking and private entrances to each space are oriented for maximum privacy. Each space has its own unique amenities and an exclusive fire pit, parking areas & entrances. The only shared spaces include the yard garden area and the animal barn.
Are there animals on the property?
Yes! Guests can enjoy our animals, greet them at the pasture gate for pets and snacks, or partake in a private animal experience with Amanda. Dairy farm tours are also available as an optional enhancement!
Can we host our wedding at your property?
Events with a guest list of 25 or less are permitted. Hosting a small event or micro wedding requires a full barn buyout for 2 nights. Chat with Amanda regarding details!
